The Apps are owned and operated by Fidential Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having our office at 1701 B, 17th floor, One International Centre, Senapati Bapat Marg, Prabhadevi west, Mumbai, 400013 (hereinafter referred as "Company", "WealthRight", "We", "Us" or "Our").
We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform You of: (i) the information We collect from You through the Platform; (ii) the manner of collection and processing of such information; (iii) use of such information; and (iv) the steps We take to protect it.
Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the terms and conditions specified at [https://wealth-right.com/terms-of-service] (hereinafter referred as “T&Cs”).
By using the Platform, You unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and consent to collecting, usage, storage, processing, handling, transferring and sharing of the information submitted by You in accordance with the terms contained hereunder.
Please read the Privacy Policy before using the Platform and if You do not agree with the T&Cs of this Privacy Policy, please do not proceed further to use this Platform.
Please note that the capitalized terms not defined under this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as assigned to such terms in the T&Cs.
USER INFORMATION
The Platform collects certain information and data when you register via the Website. There are two types of information being collected: (i) User provided information; (ii) automatically collected information during the usage of the Platform.
User Provided Information and Access
We collect Your Information when You successfully submit information while creating Your account and/or while availing our Services on our Platform.
While doing so, We may collect data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a person and/or the business entity that a person represents and shall include, but not be limited to, information regarding Your name, name of the business entity that You represent, address and telephone number of the business entity, Your e-mail address, information associated to Your social networking platform and such other information for the purposes of identification and verification.
We may also ask you to share the OTP sent via SMS or a password or to verify a link sent on your e-mail address.
While you are using our Platform, We record your responses and activity data, including but not limited to, textual and voice responses and session details.
We do not directly process any payments and do not store your debit/credit card information.
Secured socket layer technology is used for processing payment transactions with third party service provider partners.
When You submit User Information on the Platform, it shall be deemed that You have granted Us the right to collect, store, process, handle and use such User Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time).
While using the Platform, We may ask permission to access the microphone and the camera for providing better Services and products.
We may ask for permission to access your data storage.
However, the data storage access shall be limited to the access to store the data downloaded or saved during the usage of the Platform or the products directly in the User’s device for ensuring easy storage and access to the User.
We shall not utilize this permission to grant access to any other data on the User’s device, except as expressly mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
The said information collected from the Users could be categorized as “Personal Data”, “Sensitive Personal Data” or other information and would be governed in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “IT Rules”) and other relevant applicable laws (including but not limited to The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as and when effective) of the jurisdiction shall collectively be referred to as “User Information” in this Policy.
We may use the User Information to contact you from time to time, to provide you with the Services We offer through the Platform, important information and circulate marketing and promotional material in relation thereto.
We may ask you for more information for identification purposes, if required (Personal Data).
The User shall be permitted to access the Platform via any device provided that the log in/access credentials match with the User credentials.
In the event the User uses a new device to access or log-in to the Platform, the User shall be required to grant access for the new device, as may be required.
You may visit the Platform and browse the Platform without having to provide User Information.
We will, at all times, provide the option to you to not provide the Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data, which We seek from you.
Where possible, We indicate which fields are mandatory and which fields are optional to be filled on the Platform.
You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to submit particular information or feature on the Platform.
In such event, however, the Company fully reserves the right not to allow further usage of the Platform or provide any Services/products thereunder to you.
By using this Platform, You consent to the collection, storage, use and transfer of the User Information that you provide in connection with any of the Services that We offer through our Platform, and You consent to our collection of any changes or updates that you may provide to the User Information.
We collect only such User Information that We believe to be relevant for the purpose of identification and verification and is required to understand You or Your interests.
It is clarified that We shall not be liable, for any reason whatsoever, for the authenticity of any User Information provided by You to Us.
You hereby confirm that the User Information provided by You is and shall continue to be valid, true and accurate to the best of Your knowledge.
We may also collect information regarding your location, age and gender.
This information will not be sold to, or shared with, any unaffiliated third party.
Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors or a person of unsound mind provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the legal guardian.
Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.
We shall retain and employ the information collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and T&Cs for the duration of your utilization of the Platform.
Information we collect
You are required to provide true, current and correct information to use the Service or access the Platform.
You may provide the personal information to us.
A. By filling in application forms or signing-up for an account on the Platform or completing the Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) or at the time of the on-boarding process or for availing any service on the Platform or during the claims / payout process.
This may include contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, KYC documents like Voter ID, PAN, Driving License, policy details, etc.
B. Voluntarily, when you call or write directly to us (including by e-mail, feedback and/or surveys)
You may be required to provide further information to us for the purposes of issuance of policies and processing of refunds, claims, payouts, etc.
Such additional information may include (without limitation) your health and lifestyle-related data, bank statements, loan statement/s, salary and income statements, access to your camera including photos, and/or location, as prompted on the relevant page / disclosed at the time of collection.
You may also be required to provide this information to us via physical documents, e-mail, or other digital and offline methods, including granting us access rights on your device.
All information, documents, undertakings, and data provided by you should be true, current, and correct.
A. You agree to provide current, true, latest, and correct information and documents at any and all times, including for KYC or other purposes.
The said KYC details and other documents may be used by Us to perform KYC, health, or other checks and extend the services to you, as further detailed in this Policy.
B. You also consent to the use, disclosure, and sharing of the personal information about you or with respect to co-beneficiaries, beneficiary / nominee (whether collected by Us or received from third parties or provided by you), including but not limited to information about you / co-applicants health, physical attributes, medical history, and lifestyle, etc.
This will help you avoid repeat queries/tests, and help you avail the additional products, services or other new offerings as per the terms of this Privacy Policy.
C. Our Platform collects user account data which includes both personal (including sensitive personal information) and non-personal data/information, including but not limited to the email address, IP address, name to log in to the Platform.
This information is required as part of the registration/creation of Your Account on the Platform, onboarding process to provide our Service, and of processing your policies including refunds, claims, pay-outs, etc., and it is also used to auto-populate relevant fields during your use of the Platform and/or to avail the Services and/or policies and/or claims, and/or to fulfill any other applications, request or expressions of interest by you.
D. Our Platform may also collect mobile numbers for verification to check the active SIM status on the device, uniquely identify you and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
When you grant us access to the address book on your mobile device, then we access the names and contact information from your address book to facilitate invitations and to assess your phone usage and habits.
E. As part of your journey on the Platform, we may access your phonebook contacts which includes their contact names, phone numbers, account types, favorites (starred) and contact labels to enrich your profile.
F. We may collect transaction information related to the use of our Services, including the type of Services requested, date and time the Service was provided, and payment method.
G. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion/referral code, we may associate your name with that person and their usage of the Platform/ Services.
H. If you call our call center/s, we may record information provided by you to service you as per the Terms of Use and this Policy, including for quality and training purposes.
I. When you grant us access to the SMSs on your mobile device, then we (or service partners) may collect financial SMS data stored on your mobile device.
We use this data to analyze your financial profile and enable provisioning of best offers by us with respect to the platform, services and/or products offered by us.
We may collect non-personal data as specified in the section below.
Automatically Collected Information
“Non-Personal Information” means and includes any information that does not reveal Your specific identity, such as, browser information, information collected through Cookies (as defined below), pixel tags, and other technologies, demographic information, etc.
Our Platform gathers some information automatically when You visit the Platform or avail any Service and stores it in your log files.
We may collect certain non-personal information about Your computer or other electronic devices through which you have accessed the Platform or our Services to facilitate, evaluate and verify your use of the Platform.

(i) when you add the pin code as part of your account creation process; and
(ii) from your mobile device when enabled by you to do so.
We collect data about your installed applications, including the applications that you have installed on and from the date you create your account on the Platform and the manner in which you use them.
When you visit the Platform, We may collect certain Non-Personal Information.
This type of information does not identify you personally during Your visit to the Platform.
We can identify You only after You submit User Information at the time of registering Yourself with the Platform.
IT IS REITERATED THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE PROCESSING OF ANY DATA IN ANONYMISED, AGGREGATED, OR DE-IDENTIFIED FORM AVAILABLE WITH US OR COLLECTED BY US OR PROVIDED TO US.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Like most other Platforms, We use data collection devices known as cookies to collect and store information of Users visiting the Platform.

We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties.

Even if your name appears in the Do Not Call or Do Not Disturb Register, we may contact you through e-mails, telephones, messages, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available modes for marketing schemes, various financial or other products, or any other aspect pertaining to any services availed by you or in which you have shown interest.
You acknowledge that (i) such communication will not cause any inconvenience to you; (ii) for any claim against or by any third parties, we will not be liable.
Such promotion and marketing may be done, inter alia, via hoardings, banners, pamphlets, calls, SMS, emails, and other means as we deem fit.
To contact you for refund or cancellation or confirmation of a purchase or failed transaction or the claims or payout process with respect to the Services, products, and/or policies availed by you or wherein you have expressed interest or intent of purchase.
We use information to send you transactional communications.
We might send you emails or SMS messages through other technology-enabled messaging apps about your account, or use of the Services or the Platform or a policy purchase.
To analyze and draw trends from the aggregated statistics of the User activity;
DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION
The User Information may be disclosed to affiliated companies within our corporate family, with third parties with which we have partnered to allow You to integrate their services into our own Services, and with trusted third-party service providers as necessary for them to perform services such as:

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES AND USER INFORMATION COLLECTION
We use a third-party payment platform and payment aggregator services to bill you for Our Services.
We may use and share the User Information with reliable and reputed third-party payment gateway to whom We are associated in order to ensure swift and comfortable payment mechanism for the User.
The third-party service providers shall provide the Company with the phone number, email ID, and the address of the User as utilized by the User while completing the payment transaction.
After the User is directed to the payment mechanism and the payment gateway, the Company is not liable for any data stored, used, or accessed by such a third-party service provider and the User Information is no longer governed by this Policy or our Website’s T&Cs.
The same shall be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party service provider.

We may also share certain Personal Information or Location-Based Information with service providers in order to facilitate the operation of our Service.

We shall not sell, trade, or rent your Information to any third party unless we have been expressly authorized by You either in writing or electronically to do so.
SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
To prevent any form of unlawful interception or misuse of User Information, We use reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the User Information collected.

You explicitly agree that Your use of the Platform and/or Services is at Your own individual risk.

You hereby confirm that You have been made aware of the security measures undertaken by Us, and You expressly consent to Us collecting, storing, handling, processing, and using Your User Information.
All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Any User Information provided by You to such third-party Platforms shall be governed in accordance with the privacy policies of such platforms and it is recommended that You review the privacy policy of such platforms prior to using such platforms.
Aggregate Statistics
We may at times provide aggregate statistics about our Users and their pattern in addition to certain related site information to certain third parties will be in an aggregate form and does not contain any of your individual detailed Personal Data.
Children’s Privacy Protection
The Service is not for or directed towards children.
While the Service is not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years, we do not intend to and will not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Children under the age of eighteen (18) years are prohibited from using the Service.

WealthRight uses third-party remarketing services (such as Google AdWords, AdRoll, & Facebook etc.) to advertise on third-party websites to previous visitors of Wealthright.com or our properties.
It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our site, for example, using the contact form to make an inquiry.
This could be in the form of an advertisement or posting on the Google search results page, Facebook, or various other websites within these networks or on the worldwide web.
Third-party vendors use cookies, advertising identifiers, and other technologies to serve ads based on someone's past visits to WealthRight's properties.
Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and the privacy policies of these third-party remarketing services.

B. Voluntarily, when you call or write directly to us (including by e-mail, feedback and/or surveys)
You may be required to provide further information to us for the purposes of issuance of policies and processing of refunds, claims, payouts, etc.
Such additional information may include (without limitation) your health and lifestyle-related data, bank statements, loan statement/s, salary and income statements, access to your camera including photos, and/or location, as prompted on the relevant page / disclosed at the time of collection.
You may also be required to provide this information to us via physical documents, e-mail, or other digital and offline methods, including granting us access rights on your device.
All information, documents, undertakings, and data provided by you should be true, current, and correct.

The said KYC details and other documents may be used by Us to perform KYC, health, or other checks and extend the services to you, as further detailed in this Policy.

You also consent to the use, disclosure, and sharing of the personal information about you or with respect to co-beneficiaries, beneficiary / nominee (whether collected by Us or received from third parties or provided by you), including but not limited to information about you / co-applicants health, physical attributes, medical history, and lifestyle, etc.
This will help you avoid repeat queries/tests, and help you avail the additional products, services or other new offerings as per the terms of this Privacy Policy.
C. Our Platform collects user account data which includes both personal (including sensitive personal information) and non-personal data/information, including but not limited to the email address, IP address, name to log in to the Platform.
This information is required as part of the registration/creation of Your Account on the Platform, onboarding process to provide our Service, and of processing your policies including refunds, claims, pay-outs, etc., and it is also used to auto-populate relevant fields during your use of the Platform and/or to avail the Services and/or policies and/or claims, and/or to fulfill any other applications, request or expressions of interest by you.
D. Our Platform may also collect mobile numbers for verification to check the active SIM status on the device, uniquely identify you and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
When you grant us access to the address book on your mobile device, then we access the names and contact information from your address book to facilitate invitations and to assess your phone usage and habits.
E. As part of your journey on the Platform, we may access your phonebook contacts which includes their contact names, phone numbers, account types, favorites (starred) and contact labels to enrich your profile.
F. We may collect transaction information related to the use of our Services, including the type of Services requested, date and time the Service was provided, and payment method.
G. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion/referral code, we may associate your name with that person and their usage of the Platform/ Services.
